We are happy to comply with federal and state regulations for public inspection of annual returns and our exemption application by making these items widely available per IRS Regulations section 301.6104(d)-1(a). These items may be viewed at any time online at https://advocacywithoutborders.org/public-inspection/ as well as on certain websites which maintain this information electronically, two of which are shared below. Additionally, we have these items available for public inspection that can be viewed in-person at our physical office on weekdays during business hours.
If a copy of the Public Inspection packet is desired, it can be mailed if requested in writing:

The IRS permits tax-exempt organizations to charge a reasonable fee for copies and postage. The charge is $46.80* if mailed within the continental US per each packet requested and must be paid in advance. Once the fee has been received and processed, the packet will be mailed within ~30 days. Copies will not be provided by other means outside of mail.
